Thank you so much for everything you have done for us over the past four and a half months. We honestly could not have wished for a more loving and caring person to have looked after our little daughter for the first four and a half months of her life.

Thank you for supporting me into this journey into motherhood – in particular the support you gave me which meant that I could breastfeed my daughter for as long as I did. I will always be grateful for that.

I am pleased to provide a reference for Rachael, who worked with us between November 2015 and July 2017. Rachael looked after my son from when he was four months old untill he was two years old. She is wonderful, highly responsible and gives her best to the children she is looking after. Initially my child had a strong case of reflux and Rachael was a tremendous help to us. Her dedication helped us get through a difficult period and I am grateful to her.

Rachael is extremely experienced with babies and young children. She also assisted us with some light household chores like ironing and preparing meals for the child. I would say Rachael is very open to working with the preferences of the family. We enjoyed her presence as she is very positive, trustworthy, courteous and full of smiles. To this day my son still asks to see Rachael and he remembers her very fondly.

I am pleased to provide a refence for Ms Racheal who has been working with us since June 2018.

Rachael initially started with us a few nights a week, but she became an indispensable support caring for our newborn son, Monty. Especially so as we have no family close by, she was an absolute godsend and an extension of our family.

I have found Racheal to be an exceptional example of a child care professional. Incredibly knowledgeable, with an excellent manner when coaching my wife and I through such a daunting task with our first child.

She is friendly, kind, respectful, courteous and loves to laugh. If you can manage to get her, you won’t want to let her go. So much so, she continues to work with us to care for Monty on a part-time basis.

I can’t recommend Rachael enough. You won’t find anyone better.

Racheal took care of our son from 27th December 2020 until 6th February 2021. He was eight weeks old when she started and Racheal took over after our night nurse could not come anymore due to covid.

Racheal started after we had managed the nights by ourselves for ten days. At that point, our son had clearly regressed from waking up once or twice per night to waking up three to four times per night. After one week, Racheal had put his sleep training back on track.

Racheal has this motherly and gentle way to sleep train babies. What we like most about her is her ability to create a strong bond with all children she gets near to. Our eldest son, at first very shy when meeting a total stranger at home very early in the morning, could not wait to go and see her when he woke up after a few days. As for Eric who was under her care, they seemed to have a loving and trusting bond. Nevertheless, sleep training went according to plan. Eric was sleeping from 23.00 until 6.30 am at 12 weeks. He has now dropped his 22.30 feed, just like Racheal predicted, and has shown no sign of sleep regression during the night.

Our son has been thriving under Racheal’s care, for which we are very grateful.

I hired Racheal as temporary nanny to help with my son sleeping trouble. I was only able to hire her for 5 days and the results were outstanding. Racheal was able to quickly understand what was upsetting his sleep and managed to help him to fall sleep by himself with no crying, and she taught me how to continue helping him. She also helped me preparing and feeding him his first solids. I trust Racheal to take care of my child, she is very loving, attentive and showed great childcare ability. I have now moved to the USA and I still contact Racheal to give me advice with the care of my baby.

Rachael was our maternity nurse from May 2020 to December 2020. She cared for our now 8-month-old daughter, starting when she was two weeks old.

Racheal is a kind and warm individual who is incredibly caring. She is very professional and was always on time for her shifts with us. She helped establish a routine with our daughter and was always on hand to help with anything required around the home. Racheal would often help with our eldest, cook dinner on occasion and ensure all of our daughter’s items were kept clean and neatly put away. We also spent a week with Racheal away on holiday.

She has been an invaluable part of our family for the last 8 months and we are certain she will be fantastic in her new role. We will miss her greatly!

Rachael is simply the ideal nanny. She helped me nights and evenings with my first newborn baby since she was 4 days old and has the type of personality that instantly creates trust and breeds confidence. Rachael is excelent with babies and has a natural affinity for them. Her standards when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene are top-rate and she always knew what to do when I faced an unknown situation. Moreover she a warm, caring, sensitive personality and the whole family very much enjoyed having her.

Rachael worked for us as a night nanny from April 2021-August 2021. She arrived the day after our daughter was born and she has been the most incredible support and guide throughout the first four months of our daughter’s life.

Rachael is so gentle and caring and I trusted her completely with our daughter from the day she arrived. She also supported me through the challenges of breastfeeding which I am so grateful for as I would have not been able to do it for as long as I did without her support and advice.

Our daughter is now sleeping well and no longer feeding at night which means we don’t need a night nanny anymore – we are very sad to see Rachael go and we hope that she will be able to work for us again if we are lucky enough to have another baby.

Rachael has been with our family for over a year and we simply could’nt be without her. Both of my girls (22 months and 8 years old) both adore her. I trust her implicitly and often turn to her for advice on general childhood health, eating and sleep issues.

Rachael goes above and beyond in her care of the children and her engagement with them feels more of family than just an employee.
